Developing the Power to Act
Empowerment is at the heart of our mission, strengthening women's autonomy and their role in society.
Through literacy classes and support for the Beija artisanal cooperative, we provide women with practical tools to learn, create, and thrive.
These initiatives foster self-confidence, economic independence, and active participation in community life.
Literacy
Our literacy classes enable mothers to learn to read, write, and count in Arabic.
Recently, they have also started basic French lessons. Yoga and stretching sessions are included in the program to promote well-being and balance. The full program takes three years to complete, culminating in a diploma recognized by the Moroccan Ministry of Education. In June 2025, 7 graduates graduated, joining the 29 women who have already graduated.
